Shipping

Orders are dispatched from China using a tracked cross-border service, normally YunExpress. The checkout estimate is based on destination, selected SKU, quantity, and estimated billable weight.

• Processing is normally 2-5 business days for ready-stock items and 5-8 business days after artwork approval for personalized or custom items.
• Displayed transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, peak seasons, weather, remote areas, and carrier disruptions may add time.
• Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged before reshipment.
• Import VAT, duties, customs fees, or carrier surcharges are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Contact us within 14 days after delivery if you need to request a return. Standard, unused goods may be eligible when they are unopened, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect goods. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and parcel.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after review. Original shipping and return shipping are normally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Do not return goods without receiving return instructions. Cross-border returns sent to an unapproved address may not be recoverable.
• Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country or region.

Personalized and custom products

Personalized, made-to-order, logo-printed, and custom-size products are produced for a specific customer and are not normally returnable for a change of mind.

• Production begins only after the required artwork, wording, dimensions, and other specifications are confirmed.
• Minor variation in paper tone, print color, texture, and handmade assembly may occur between screens, samples, and production batches.
• If a custom item does not match the approved specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund as appropriate.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to quote, create, fulfill, support, and account for an order. This may include name, email, telephone number, shipping address, order notes, selected products, and transaction references.

• PayPal processes payment details. Daoyi Pack does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Order information may be shared with suppliers, packaging partners, carriers, payment providers, and service providers only as needed to complete the order or meet legal obligations.
• Google Analytics may collect device and usage information to measure site performance. Browser controls can be used to limit cookies.
• We retain records for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Requests about access, correction, or deletion can be sent to the contact details below.

Terms of sale

Prices are shown in USD. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or, for a manually reviewed order, when we send written acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, compliance, destination, customization, or pricing cannot be confirmed.

• Product images are presentation references. The written SKU, selected option, included components, and approved custom specification define the order.
• Customers must not submit artwork or instructions that infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
• We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, but we will provide available tracking and practical support.
• These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Party Studio digital previews

Party Studio is currently a free beta preview. No digital purchase is offered and generating or printing a pack does not create an order, payment, shipment, or recurring subscription.

• Party settings, names, and fun facts are processed in the browser and kept only in the current browser session. Avoid private, medical, financial, or embarrassing information.
• Generated packs may be printed or saved for personal use at one private event. They may not be resold, redistributed, published as a template, or used to create a competing product.
• Digital packs do not include physical goods or shipping. Any recommended supplies are optional physical products selected separately in the shop.
• If paid digital downloads are introduced, the price, delivery method, access period, cancellation or withdrawal rights, and refund conditions will be shown before payment.

Personalized Party Studio printing pilot

The Daoyi One-Party Print Kit is currently a quote-only pilot. Submitting a print request does not create a paid order, charge a payment method, purchase materials, or book a shipment.

• The digital Party Studio pack remains available independently. Printing is optional and requires a separately approved specification.
• Names and generated party content are sent to our server only when the customer actively submits the print request and confirms consent. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
• Planning sheet counts and paper weights are estimates for supplier review, not final price, parcel weight, production time, or delivery promises.
• One text revision is included before proof approval unless the quote states otherwise. Approval locks names, content, dimensions, material, print sides, finish, and shape for production.
• Personalized print items are not normally returnable for a change of mind after approval. If delivered goods materially differ from the approved specification or arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs so an appropriate remedy can be reviewed under applicable consumer law.
• Supplier capability, actual imposition, production cost, packed weight, delivery route, final price, and timing must be confirmed before any payment request is issued.
