Give the required number of finished boxes and whether a stock-box test or separately manufactured run is acceptable.
5. Branding

Provide a Pantone or physical reference when color matching matters; screen colors are not an approval standard.
7. Destination
Send country and postcode so packed-carton freight and destination constraints can be checked.

Fit comes before external dimensions
For round boxes, request usable internal diameter and depth. For heart boxes, confirm the widest internal points, the narrow center, corner radii and lid overlap. Then subtract the space taken by a flower vessel, liner, insert, tissue and card.
Fresh flower boundary: a paper-led outer box should not be treated as a water vessel. Define a separate leak-resistant inner container and verify how it is retained inside the box.
Choose the branding route before asking for price
Direct printing can require a different supplier or higher production quantity than a stock box. For a smaller test, a separately reviewed paper band, sticker, hang tag or message card may preserve the stock structure while adding brand information.
