Start with the purpose
The box protects a memory, but the specification still has to be exact.
A pet memorial package may hold photographs, a collar, written memories, sympathy cards, a small keepsake, or an urn supplied by another specialist. Those uses require different internal dimensions and supports. Begin with the largest object, the delivery country, and the desired unboxing sequence before choosing the box style.
Current Daoyi Pack listings are packaging structures or samples, not complete memorial kits. Cards, inserts, tokens, urns, and accessories are included only when the written bill of materials says so.
Component checklist
Build the kit one paper component at a time.
- Outer box: drawer, lift-off lid, magnetic, clear-lid, folding, or corrugated mailer structure.
- Memorial card: a short message, ceremony note, care instruction, or brand introduction.
- Photo support: a printed card, folded mount, envelope, or paper frame sized to the photograph.
- Paper insert: a divider or support that reduces movement without assuming a foam or plastic fitment.
- Brand layer: sticker, belly band, sleeve, tissue seal, or thank-you card before direct box printing.
Each component should have a size, material, print method, quantity, supplier price, and packed-weight effect in the approved project record.
Structure and freight
Rigid boxes feel substantial; folding formats use shipping space more efficiently.
A rigid keepsake box normally ships assembled and cannot be folded flat. A folding carton or corrugated mailer can reduce volume, while cards, envelopes, stickers, and tissue ship flat. If a rigid structure is essential, compare nesting options and outer-carton dimensions before approving the quantity.
- Confirm internal dimensions from the intended contents.
- Request the empty-box weight and packed carton dimensions.
- Check whether finished boxes can nest without surface damage.
- Calculate cross-border freight from the packed shipment, not the flat artwork size.
Low-MOQ route
Test the message before committing to a fully printed box.
For a first run, a stock-size box combined with a custom card, sticker, sleeve, or belly band can reduce the number of custom processes. After the size and customer response are proven, direct printing, foil details, custom inserts, or a dedicated structure can be quoted with fewer unknowns.
Physical size and contents first, then material, artwork, sample, packed weight, supplier quotation, and written approval. Custom production starts only after the complete specification and payment terms are accepted.

Questions buyers ask
Pet memorial packaging FAQ
What can a pet memorial keepsake box include?
A project can combine a box with a card, envelope, photo mount, paper insert, label, sticker, tissue, or message card. The exact contents are listed before payment.
Can I start with a low quantity?
A stock-size box with separately printed paper components is usually the simplest small-run test. MOQ depends on the supplier, size, print method, and component list.
Are urns or memorial objects included?
Not by default. Urns, acrylic pieces, metal tokens, and other memorial objects require a separate written quotation and confirmation.
Can the box carry a pet name or custom logo?
Possible methods include a printed sleeve, sticker, card, foil detail, or direct box printing. Artwork requirements, sample cost, and MOQ are confirmed per project.
