Digital first
A printable party game and a professionally printed set are separate choices.
Party Studio creates a host plan and four game modules from practical event details such as occasion, player count, age range, duration, energy level, venue, optional names, and optional party-safe facts. The result can be printed from the browser or saved as an offline pack. Ordering a physical set is optional and does not remove access to the digital version.
The print pilot is designed around 6, 8, 12, or 16 players. It is a small-quantity production request, not a bulk game-deck promise or an automatic checkout product.
From generator to delivery
The proof connects the personalized content to the physical specification.
- Generate: build the Party Bingo, Most Likely To, Secret Missions, and Personalized Trivia content.
- Choose: select player quantity, card feel, card weight, printed sides, surface finish, fixed shape, destination country, and postcode.
- Request: submit a quote request. No payment is taken at this stage.
- Review: Daoyi checks the supplier route, sheet imposition, production cost, packed weight, and cross-border shipping.
- Proof: check names, wording, dimensions, sides, and finish. One text revision is included before approval.
- Approve: approval locks the version. A payment request can be prepared only after production and shipping review.
- Produce and inspect: the Yiwu print shop performs device-specific prepress; Daoyi records production, QC, packing weight, and shipment status.
First-run specification
Start with controlled materials and fixed options.
- Players: 6, 8, 12, or 16.
- Card: smooth or matte white card in 250, 300, or 350 gsm.
- Printing: single- or double-sided CMYK digital color printing.
- Finish: no lamination or matte lamination.
- Shape: straight corners, rounded corners, or one validated fixed ticket-tag shape.
- Content: game cards plus suitable host cards, scorecard, name cards, reward cards, and answer material.
Black or colored card, tactile or embossed paper, white ink, foil, custom embossing, greyboard, corrugated board, and complex structures remain manual capability requests. They are not included in the first-run automatic option list.
Paper and freight planning
Player count does not equal full-sheet count.
Small cards and host pieces are imposed together within the supplier's printable area. The planning preview estimates finished pieces, used area, full-sheet count, paper weight, utilization, and waste. It does not assume one full sheet per player.
The planning calculation is not a freight quotation. The final parcel also includes outer packaging and any protective material. Cross-border shipping is reviewed from the measured packed weight, destination, and an available YunExpress route before a payment request is issued.
Proof checklist
Approve the content and the physical details together.
- Every requested name is present and spelled correctly.
- Personal facts are appropriate to share at the event.
- Player quantity and the number of fronts and backs match.
- Card size, stock weight, finish, and corner shape match the request.
- Text remains inside the safe area and important artwork reaches the bleed where required.
- The proof version and customer approval are recorded before payment or production.
The downloadable SVG starter includes named groups for artwork, cut, crease, bleed, and safe-area information. It is a production starting point, not a claim of PDF/X compliance or a replacement for the print shop's final device-specific preflight.

Questions before requesting print
One-set party game printing FAQ
Can I print only one personalized party game set?
The pilot accepts quote requests for one party set for 6, 8, 12, or 16 players. Production capability, imposition, packed weight, shipping, and timing are reviewed before a final quote.
Can I keep the digital party game without ordering print?
Yes. The digital preview, browser print option, and offline download remain available independently.
What can be personalized in the first pilot?
The generated content can use optional player names and party-safe facts. Physical choices are deliberately limited to three visual themes and a controlled set of white cards, weights, sides, finishes, and shapes.
Why is the final price reviewed manually?
The approved specification, actual sheet imposition, supplier cost, outer packaging, measured weight, destination, and available shipping route all affect the final amount.
