About Us
Your Professional Packaging Solutions Provider in Yiwu, China
Company Introduction
Yiwu Daoyi Packaging Co., Ltd. is a Yiwu-based packaging supplier specializing in paperboard, carton boxes, and custom paper packaging for overseas small brands. Located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province - known as the "World's Capital of Small Commodities" - we leverage Yiwu's mature industrial chain to coordinate high-quality, cost-effective paper packaging for domestic and international customers.
As a trusted Yiwu packaging partner, we understand the diverse needs of global buyers. Whether you need standardized paperboard and carton products or customized packaging tailored to specific requirements, Daoyi Packaging always prioritizes our customers, serving every partner with professional attitude and quality craftsmanship. Our products are widely used in e-commerce logistics, food and beverages, daily necessities, electronics, export trade, and many other industries.
Throughout our development, we have adhered to the principles of "Quality First, Customer Priority, and Honest Operation." Instead of operating one fixed production site, we maintain a vetted network of specialized Yiwu production partners β this lets us match each project to the right equipment, scale up or down based on order size, and pass Yiwu's pricing advantages directly to our customers.
Our Production Network & Capabilities
Rather than operating a single production site, Daoyi Packaging works with a vetted network of Yiwu production partners, each specialized in a specific packaging category. This model lets us match your project to the right equipment and avoid the "one-size-fits-all" limitations of a single production site:
Processes We Coordinate
- Corrugated Board Conversion: Single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall board production through partner mills
- Carton Box Making: Printing, slotting, and folding for mailer boxes, shipping cartons, and display boxes
- Flexographic Printing: Eco-friendly water-based ink printing for corrugated packaging
- Offset Printing: High-quality color printing for premium paperboard packaging
- Die-Cutting: Custom shape cutting for special packaging designs
- Rigid Box Assembly: Hand-finishing and machine-assembly for luxury gift and product boxes
Order Lead Times
- Sample Lead Time: 3-7 business days for custom samples (depends on process complexity)
- Production Lead Time: 10-25 business days after sample approval, varying by order size and process
- Weekly Output: Varies by project β please share your order specs and we'll confirm current capacity for your specific requirement
We deliberately don't publish a single "monthly capacity" number β capacity in Yiwu varies week-to-week by material availability and order mix. Ask us for a real-time capacity check on your specific project.
Quality Assurance Process
Quality control is shared between our production partners and our own pre-shipment team. We don't just trust the production team β we verify each order before it ships:
Material Verification
We confirm paper basis weight, moisture content, and burst strength against your order spec before production starts.
In-Process Photo Updates
We send you in-production photos at key milestones β printing, die-cutting, and assembly β so you can flag issues early.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every batch is checked for dimensions, print quality, and structural integrity before loading. We share an inspection report on request.
Export Packing Check
Export packaging is verified for proper reinforcement, moisture protection, and labeling accuracy to survive international transit.
Compliance Documentation Support
Different export markets require different compliance documents. Rather than hold a fixed set of certifications that may not match your market, we coordinate compliance documentation per order based on your destination and product category:
FSC-Certified Material Sourcing
For brands requiring FSC chain-of-custody, we route orders through FSC-certified partner mills and arrange the certificate with your shipment.
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Documentation
We can arrange production through ISO-certified partner factories and supply the relevant ISO certificates to support your customs clearance or buyer audits.
Material Test Reports
For food-contact, REACH, RoHS, or heavy-metal compliance, we coordinate lab testing through accredited third parties and provide the test report.
Pre-Shipment SGS / Intertek Inspection
For larger orders we can arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Intertek, or TΓV on your behalf, with the report shared before loading.
Tell us your destination country and buyer's compliance requirements when you request a quote β we'll confirm which documents apply and quote them as part of your order.
